Talbie and Parker are Married!

Saturday was a beautiful day!

(Exhausting - but beautiful!)

 We started the day off at 9:00 am when we dropped off the decorations

to the Provo City Ballroom.  We saw this sign in the elevator and were so excited!

 

 My good friend, Caryn and her family did all the decorating and it was AMAZING!

They were truly lifesavers because we would have never been able to pull it off

and be at the temple in time!

Talbie and Maddie picked up the flowers and met us at the library

Here is Caryn and her girls.  Talbie and Kayla (next to her) were born 1 month

apart.  We had just moved into our current house and it was our first Sunday there when

I met Caryn.  It was her first Sunday back after having Kayla.  They have been friends their

entire lives - literally!!

 We came home around 10:00 and Dave made us breakfast while

Maddie got Talbie looking beautiful :)

 

It was a beautiful temple sealing performed by Elder John Hafen.

These 2 were made for each other!

 The luncheon/dinner and reception were beautiful!

 I'm excited to see the pictures that Jessie (our wonderful photographer)

takes.  She is amazing and we were blessed to be able to hire her ;)

Such a great day!  There were SO many people that came to support her.

She felt very loved!

Talbie's Bridal Pictures

The time is going so fast and we are less than a month away from Talbie's wedding!

(It sounds so weird saying that!  She still seems 8 years old to me ;)

We started the prep work the day after she got home from Rexburg!  

She went to Maddie's house and got her hair and nails done:)

 Then the next day Maddie came over and did her hair and make up before the pictures.

Maddie does good work!  We are blessed to have her help!

While they were doing hair and make-up, I went and picked up the

bouquet she was using for pictures.  It's so pretty!!

Then we met her photographer at a studio in Provo for pictures.

Man - I'm glad we decided to do them inside because it was FREEZING

last Saturday ;)

Jessie Alexis Photography is taking her pictures.

Jessie has been a dear friend and I've known her since she was 3 and I used

to babysit her when her parents were in my parent's ward my senior year of high school ;)

Jessie took Talbie's head shots for a play she was in when she was 11.

and now she is photographing her wedding!

These pictures were all taken with my phone so you can imagine how

beautiful they will be when Jessie is done with them!

Loveless Girls Christmas Party 2016

My Grandma Vivian (Loveless) died 19 years ago this December.

Every year, the girls in my mom's family, get together at Christmas and

celebrate her!  She LOVED to throw parties - especially at Christmas.

This year was bitter-sweet because my aunt Dena, died this year in July.

She is my mom's older sister.  It was hard not have all 3 of the original sisters there together.

Emmie's 9th Grade Basketball Team

Emmie decided very last minute to try out for her 9th grade

girl's basketball team.  She made it and I was so proud!

Logan also made the boy's team so we have been having a lot of fun watching all the games.

She's had good friends like Maddy and Aubrey come and support her :)

Thanksgiving 2016

Before I start posting more about our December, I thought I'd put on the

the few pictures I remembered to take at Thanksgiving this year.

For the past few years, my brother, Bret has hosted Thanksgiving at his

beautiful home in Park City.  It's so nice and roomy and we have such a good time!

The Lower Lights
