Last night it was so painful for him. He couldn't sleep unless his hand was was elevated high above his head. Then when he'd fall asleep and his hand lowered, it pressure and pain started all over again.
So - once again it was Kevin to the rescue! He drilled holes in his fingernail today to relieve the pressure and it's made a world of difference. Dave had tried to do this last night with a needle that he'd heat up but it didn't work. Kevin had this cool cauterizing tool and it worked like a charm.
Thanks again Kevin and we'll see you next week when we get Bronson's cast off :)

OUCH IS RIGHT! YUCK! poor guy! Hope his night is alot better...Its amazing how bad anything to do with fingernails can hurt so bad...its like all the blood in your body flows through it making it 10x' worst!

OUCH! Send him over to Ben if he needs another hole drilled. Seems like he is drilling holes in his toes all the time!
oh dang...that hurts...I did that once. Someone had just dropped me off at home from babysitting, and I shut my own thumb in the car door...he started to back up until I hurried and opened the door to get my thumb out....It feels much better after its lanced...I did my own with a big ol' safety pin...that was probably really sanitary...
