Talbie went out of her comfort zone a couple of months ago and decided to
go out for student council for her sophomore year next year.
She's never been on student council but she's a very happy, outgoing girl
so I told her she should go for it!
Because they have to choose the officers for high school next year from 3 different junior high
schools - they have the student body president and student officers for next year,
choose the sophomore council.
She went to her interviews and "wowed" them. She was one of 3 or 4 they picked.
She's very excited to start at the high school in the fall - already involved in something.
She got her sweater at their first "get together" on Friday!

Congrats Talbie!! How exciting! I got to be Vice Pres and Pres but that's because no one ran against me :) Way to beat everyone else!
