Prom 2010

Prom was yesterday and Maddie and Taylor had a great time.

This picture is taken as they were leaving for their
"day date"
They tye-dyed T-shirts and fed the ducks.

This is their group at Target. They met a new friend
here as they were buying shirts to tye-dye. She was the
"sample lady" and talked to them forever.

Here is Maddie before the dance.This was NOT the dress we bought in Vegas for prom.
This dress has a LONG history and has been well used :)

After thinking about it for a couple of days, and
finding out that her friend Maddie had bought a vintage prom dress
at Decades, Maddie decided to go the vintage route.

This dress was mine originally (and it was white), then it was my sister Brittany's dress.
Then the dress sat in my mom's "dress-up room" for years.
When Maddie turned 14, she died the dress black for Halloween
but it turned purple.

Talbie wore this dress to the New Moon movie premiere, and then Maddie
decided to wear it to Prom!

We did some altering to it because it was a straight dress. We made the bottom
have layers and some "puff"
I think it turned out cute!
